Division started work with Watford quintet Gallows in the run up to the release of their debut album on highly-respected independent punk/hardcore/metal label In At The Deep End back in August of 2006.
The album and band’s incredible life performances quickly caught the attention of the rock media and Kerrang!’s editor Paul Brannigan bravely stuck his neck out and put the band on the cover in early January, creating unprecedented interest and enthusiasm for this abrasive band. Word quickly spread and magazines such as NME, Front, i.D. and The Observer Music Monthly were joining the likes of Metal Hammer, Rock Sound, Big Cheese and, of course, Kerrang! by extensively covering the band.
