2005 was a great year for We Are Scientists. Virgin Records asked us to break these guys through the internet and get them up and running as they were unheard of at the time.
With our online pr campaign behind them and various skatepark marketing campaigns throughout the year, the band began to become well known and eventually broke with their single ‘Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt‘ appearing on the radio and TV to fuel sales of debut album ‘With Love And Squalor‘.
This was our first ever major label campaign and has been a benchmark for breaking new artists on our roster since. Since this campaign Virgin are one of our main clients and we work with them monthly on various acts you will find on this site.
